Over 80 mid-level leaders gathered in Jihai Company on the morning of August 15. They made exchanges for one day.

They visited 60,000-ton DNT plants, new plants of gasification workshop and moisture workshop, as well as TDI plants.

Liu Guangxin, deputy director of Photochemical workshop, introduced the equipment contracting system, Meng Fanqing as the former Hydrogen Workshop detailed management over accidents and Technician Yang Shujun of Gasification Workshop made representations for staff training. They made face-to-face exchanges with a crew of leaders of Juhai Company.

General Manager Xie Huasheng introduced management concepts, measures and their personal experiences. He detailed how to make achievements for new projects and how to fulfill long-term production with old devices.
